Job Descriptions:

1. The candidates should be 12th/Intermediate/Any graduates from recognized university
2. Should provide information to customers
3. Should be process payments as per customer’s instructions and Process account opening for customers
4. Ensure that each call / work is completed in accordance with established procedures and standards
5. Identify and escalate potential shows-toppers
6. Support achievement of team objectives
7. Foster development of co-workers
8. Contribute to the creation of a supportive work environment driven by people centric values.
9. Satisfy internal and external customers
10. To maintain HSBCs internal control standards
11. To implement the Group Compliance Policy as applicable to your role in conjunction with the relevant Compliance Department
12. To continually re-assess the operational risks inherent in the business, taking account of changing environmental conditions

Required Skills:

1. Should be able to Read, Write and Speak French
2. B1 or B2 level of French certification from any reputed French Institute
3. Right to work in country is required
