Job Description:

1. The candidates should be any BE/BTech/MCA graduate from recognized university with good academic record
2. The candidate will measure performance characteristics of Red Hat Storage (Gluster), Open Stack, and the local Linux file systems (Btrfs, XFS, etc.) and recommend changes to improve their performance
3. Use existing benchmarks and write new benchmarks to characterize the performance of Red Hat products, collect the results, and share them with the team. 
4. Work with Red Hat Storage to test performance via various workloads and analyze results
5. Produce and present meaningful content to influence engineering to improve performance in key areas for the product

Required Skills:

1. Good analytical and problem solving skills
2. Familiarity with Linux and open source software
3. Good knowledge in Python and Shell scripting 
4. Good testing knowledge
