Job Description:

1. The candidate should be BE/BTech/Any graduate from recognized university
2. This role providing Voice support to IBM Internal End Users and External Commercial Account End Users across North America, EMEA & AP. The job will require you to handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issues for end users
3. The candidates required to works on remote Infrastructure support delivery with perform problem cause analysis and resolve that
4. Work will as on ability to Identify Opportunity & Implement Process Improvements
5. Has technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity and analysis.
6. The candidate should be ability to meet a set of defined account agent productivity measurements.

Required Skills:

1. Good knowledge in operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP configuration options and troubleshooting
2. Knowledge of browser Support - Internet Explorer
3. Working knowledge in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN
4. Good communication skill both verbal and written
5. Excellent customer service orientation
