Job Description:

1. The candidate should be Degree in Business Management/Science or equivalent qualification from any recognized university
2. Work will be under direct supervision, assist Proposal Developers and Contract Analysts with the development and preparation of proposal and contract deliverables, to support the Global sales team
3. Should provide support to Proposal Developers in the development of budgets for proposals and rebids
4. This role will be develop draft budgets for proposals using the correct version of QIP and the relevant budget specification form provided by the Proposal Developer
5. Balancing customer grids to the QIP (Low – Medium Complexity)
6. Incorporation of prior approved budget changes from reviewers
7. Proposals administrative activities including updating CRM milestones/QIP submission/PMAPs upload
8. Assist the Contract Analyst in the development and preparation of low complexity contracts documents
9. Incorporation of low complexity contract text changes from reviewers

Required Skills:

1. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word
2. Ability to understand and adhere to GBO processes and guidelines
3. Possess analytical skills and good verbal and written communication skills
4. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and manager
