Job Description:

1. The candidates should be BE/BTech/BCA/MCA/MBA/Any graduate from recognized university
2. Candidates should solve application issues with limited risk/complexity under general direction integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to create effective solutions 
3. Resolve routine in-scope technical incidents independently. Work with team members to resolve more complex incidents. Document known errors and work around
4. Escalation Management of identify and action escalations in line with defined policy
5. Ensure Configuration Management Database (CMDB) entries are complete and accurate
6. Should provide continual improvement recommendations for direct responsibility area of process improvement, technical standard updates
7. Customer Relationship Management: Set expectations with customers and/or internal businesses/end users within defined parameters.
8. Capacity and Performance Monitor performance checkpoints
9. Business Continuity Responsible for executing recovery actions

Required Skills: 

1. Technical knowledge SAP, Java, .NET
2. Understand the HP solutions set and be able to apply these solutions to meet customer needs within area of responsibility
3. Understanding of applications technology in area of direct responsibility
4. Developing General understanding of related technologies
5. Developing ITIL Process knowledge
6. Developing Customer Service
