Job Description:

1. The candidate should be BE/BTech/BCA/MCA graduate from any recognized university
2. This role should be participate in the Weekly status call with the client to discuss the action items on outstanding Incidents, Service requests and changes for the week
3. Should analyzes problems, conducts root cause analysis and help in resolution of problems using defined problem management procedure and help in application support and maintenance of customer applications.
4. The candidate should improve the existing ITIL support model on continuous basis depends on the technical and functional changes involved in the business.
5. Participate in the weekly Aging incident call with Service management team to represent and justify the reason for Aging of the incidents.
6. Flexible enough to work on a distributed application environment
7. Required to attend the bridge calls if necessary in case of any high severity issues over weekends

Required Skills:

1. Understands customer requirements, develops and evaluates alternative systems solutions
2. Good knowledge of one technical discipline / programming languages for design specifications
3. Knowledge of coding, testing, and debugging simple applications
4. Good knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of applications programming
5. Understand and discuss client requirements for service requests
6. Good exposure and working experience on UNIX, Perl, Shell scripting, Strong architectural and design skills
7. Good communication skills
