Job Description:

1. Improve Productivity of an assigned set of ADs – belonging to AMDs in a particular Territory.
2. Visit assigned AD’s as per specified Journey Cycle.
3. Generate targeted Retail Volumes at assigned AD Outlets.
4. Role model acceptable Personal Selling Behaviors in the AD Outlet & Coach the Sales Team / AD Owner on TVSM Retail Process.
5. Encourage & monitor AD adherence to TVSM Sales Standards.
6. Facilitate AD with conduct of Activities that will generate traffic.
7. Ensure ADs carry inventory as per specified norms.
