  2. The role to rectify customer queries over phone, Email, chat or Remote 
Required Skills:
For Voice Process:
  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  2. Good comprehension skills to clearly understand the issues faced by the customer
  3. Maintain a high level of expertise in soft skills and phone etiquette skills
  4. Responsible for answering customer queries as per the prescribed norms
  5. Provide excellent customer service for all customers
For Non-Voice Process:
  1. Excellent written communication skills in English
  2. Good reading comprehension skills to clearly understand the problem-statements of the customer
  3. Ability to type well and interact with the customers via chat /email medium
