Job Description:

1. The candidates should be any BE/BTech (CS or IT)/MCA/MCM/BSc/BCA graduate from recognized university with 60% academic record
2. Perform basic investigation and troubleshooting of Red Hat enterprise application server suite of products and additional layered products to find resolutions for technical issues
3. Gather information for each bug and provide analysis to fully understand the issue
4. Propose and discuss fixes or workarounds and provide advice to educate customers
5. Collaborate with engineering, product management, and support management teams to prioritize customer requests
6. Incorporate your findings to Red Hat's knowledge base
7. Support Red Hat's global customers on technical issues through phone, chat, or remote access tools

Required skills:

1. Basic understanding of Linux, UNIX, and open source, C language and development tools like GCC
2. Red Hat Certified Engineer is preferred
3. Good analytical and reasoning skills
4. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
5. Self-motivated and comfortable working within a team
6. Ability to communicate and present ideas in a user-friendly way
7. Willingness to work in shifts and handle phone calls and live chat sessions
