2. Work should be attending maximum calls of customers via telephonic support and guide customers for doing certain procedures for Quick Heal products.
3. Should be answering various technical queries of customers
4. Work will as to check occurrence of problem & symptoms in ideal conditions
5. Collection of information required to escalate to next Level

Required Skills:

1. Good knowledge of Operating System & Networking.
2. Candidate should be well versed with communication skills in English as well as in Hindi Language.
3. Basic troubleshooting skills and analytical skills, product knowledge
