Job Description:

1. The candidates should be any H.S/Diploma graduate from recognized university
2. Role will be resolve technical issues (hardware and software) from incoming internal or external businesses and end user’s contacts and proactive notification systems.
3. Job should respond to service, product, technical, and customer relations questions on subjects such as features, specifications, and repairs on current and discontinued products, parts, and options, based on customer entitlement 
4. Work will as resolve incoming internal or external businesses and end user’s problems via telephone and e-support
5. Proactively assist customers to avoid or reduce problem occurrence
6. Represent HP in a face to face customer location visit, industry conference/trade show, vendor meeting
7. Engages team members for support as required ensuring internal or external business and end user Service Level Agreements (SLA) demands are met
8. Creative and imaginative in developing customer solutions alone or as part of a team

Required Skills: 

1. Good communication skill both verbal and written
2. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
3. Software and hardware knowledge of computing, storage and peripheral devices
4. Advanced proficiency with case management databases and tools
5. Superior customer service skills
6. Phone and remote support experience. E-support experience
