Job Description:
- The candidate should be any UG/PG Graduates from recognized university
- Should be providing technical support to Fortinet customers and Collection, analysis and change recommendations of configuration
- Work will as on recommending corrective actions based on gathered data and its analysis
- Running real-time phone or remote access sessions with customers
- Good knowledge of OSI model and TCP/IP protocol
- Administrative knowledge of Windows, UNIX or Linux
- Good communication skill both verbal and written
- Preference for any of industry certificates-FCNSA, CCNA
- Basic experience with security devices of Firewalls, IPSs, Mail Security Gateways
- Knowledge of dynamic routing protocols and its implementation of OSPF, BGP
- Knowledge of authentication protocols and methods of LDAP, SSO, 2-factor authentication
- Knowledge of database maintenance and SQL
