Job Description:

1. The candidate should be BE/BTech (CSE) graduate from any recognized university with good academic record
2. Test Development Engineer responsible for developing optimized end-to-end test process for enterprise data switches & Cell Site Routers
3. Role should be develop board and system level automated functional test processes for complex electronic systems to be deployed at remote contract manufacturing facilities
4. Should provide input to designs for manufacturability and testability
5. Should perform diagnostics coverage analysis
6. Define and implement test philosophies for Enterprise Data Switches
7. Responsible for specifying, developing and/or procuring test equipment
8. Participate in defect reduction teams during new product launches to improve test process and test coverage

Required Skills:

1. Knowledge of manufacturing processes (Assembly, Test, Troubleshoot) of complex electrical assemblies
2. Knowledge of Layer 1-2 data networking experience/coursework AND/OR Layer 4-7 data networking experience
3. Typical customer application knowledge of data switches
4. Ability to understand a product's hardware design implementation relative to its customer requirement 
5. Expected to lead cross-functional Teams
6. Strong communication skills both verbal and written
7. Good analytical and problem solving skill
