1. The candidate should be a BE/BTech (Computer Science/Information Sciences/ Electronic & Communications Engineering is preferred) graduate from any recognized university
2. The candidate is responsible for providing technical support across SonicWall products
3. Should assist the customers over phone/chat/e-mail
4. Should assist customers with SonicWall network security products (Firewall/IPS/VPN)
5. Should have excellent communication skills
6. Good understanding of LAN/WAN topologies and technologies
7. Should be willing to work in 24/7 environment
