5. Should monitors, investigates and resolve system operation matters of significance, in associate with standard procedures
6. Should participate in developing, implementing and documenting processes and procedures
7. Should conducts quality assurance activities such as peer reviews
8. Excellent knowledge in software testing tools should be an added advantage
