Job Description:

1. The candidate should be any graduate from any recognized university with 60% academic and no backlogs
2. The candidate will work as provide hardware/software/network problem analysis and resolution support over the phone
3. The candidate should be identify, evaluate and prioritize customer problems and escalations
4. And responsible for activities relating to the evaluation, analysis, setup of PC-based software client software & basic network connectivity problems within SLA
5. Document information and manage problems and work requests and their respective resolutions and circumvention's of Management System
6. This role may analyze, acknowledge & record each & every alert in the monitoring tools & handle the alerts as per their impact
7. The candidate may be administer and provide User account provisioning & activities and assign work orders / incidents to appropriate support teams and follow up until closure
8. Manage the problems to internal 2nd and 3rd level IT support staff and solve complex problem to appropriate support specialists and updates with other IT staff and business units
9. This role may initiates, coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff that provide hardware / software / network problem resolution

Required Skills:

1. Good knowledge of MS Office
2. Should have good customer handling skills
3. Good team player and ability to work independently
4. Good analytical problem solving skills
5. Good communication of both written and verbal
