- The candidate should be BE/BTech/BSc/BCA Graduates from any recognized university with 60% academic and no backlogs
- The candidate will work as provide hardware/software/network problem analysis and resolution support over the phone
- The candidate should be identify, evaluate and prioritize customer problems and escalations
- And responsible for activities relating to the evaluation, analysis, setup of PC-based software client software & basic network connectivity problems within SLA
- Document information and manage problems and work requests and their respective resolutions and circumvention's of Management System
- This role may analyze, acknowledge & record each & every alert in the monitoring tools & handle the alerts as per their impact
- The candidate may be administer and provide User account provisioning & activities and assign work orders / incidents to appropriate support teams and follow up until closure
- Manage the problems to internal 2nd and 3rd level IT support staff and solve complex problem to appropriate support specialists and updates with other IT staff and business units
- This role may initiates, coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff that provide hardware / software / network problem resolution
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Should have good customer handling skills
- Good team player and ability to work independently
- Good analytical problem solving skills
- Good communication of both written and verbal
