Job Description:

1. The candidate should be BE/BTech/ME/MTech graduate from any recognized university
2. The candidate will provide direct technical support to customers on critical design issues  
3. With work in a team environment in identifying customer problems and proposing appropriate solutions
4. Will be provide information and data on a variety of Xilinx products
5. The candidate should be provide solutions for specific customer needs and working on specific tactical projects for key design programs, coaching customers on design techniques
6. This role may generating the application notes, reference designs, answer records and provide input to product development teams
7. Handling customer escalations and tactical software patch requests and summarizing and providing customer feedback to the factory
8. Provide senior level engineering leadership and develop the expertise team by providing trainings
9. May help to ensure team objectives are met and support escalations in expertise area
10. Will be provide project support for key customer accounts
11. The candidate will be ramp up when customer visits at project commencement and throughout project lifecycle
12. Initiate and manage project review meetings            
13. Assist customers in solving or managing design issues impacting the project – main point of contact

3. Good communication skill both verbal and written
4. Candidate must be a self starter and have interpersonal skills
