Job Description:

1. The candidate should be any graduate from recognized university.
2. The eligible candidates training with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and related technologies like virtualization, storage, clustering, cloud, satellite
3. The candidate will be gather information for each bug and provide analysis to fully understand the issue
4. The candidate may propose and discuss fixes or workarounds and provide advice to educate customers
5. This role may collaborate with engineering, product management, and support management teams to prioritize customer requests
6. And support Red Hat's global customers on technical issues through phone, chat, or remote access tools during the customer's business hours

Required Skills:

1. Should be understanding of Linux, UNIX, and open source
2. Theoretical knowledge of networking, UNIX-like services, and concepts
3. Ability to work independently and will be a good team player
4. Good analytical and problem solving skill
5. Good communication skill both written and verbal
