1. The candidate should be BE/BTech/Any graduate from any recognized university
2. The candidate should be able to lead and execute the tasks independently without any supervision and should design and develop components and source code in C#.Net in Windows environment and if required explore new technologies suiting the business requirement and guide the team in adopting them
3. The candidate should be able to drive unit testing, integration testing and resolve issues through good troubleshooting practices
4. Knowledge of OOPS, .Net, Java script, Database
5. The candidate ability to work new technology function and have good communication skill
