Job Description:

1. The candidate should be B.Sc graduate from any recognized university
2. The candidate should analyze the issues and assigning it to the respective support groups
3. Should diagnose various Cisco and NAC related issues
4. Should update the details to the client about the progress of the incident ticket or action taken on the problem
5. Should keep track of all incident tickets logged in Remedy until the incident ticket is rectified
6. After resolving the incident, taking the follow up from the customer and closing the call.
7. Basic trouble shooting various issues faced by the customer in relation to security
