Job Description:

1. The candidate should be any graduate from any recognized university
2. This role may acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our business partners and will be responsible for providing timely and accurate operational support to Merchants selling on the Amazon platform.
3. And this role provide process improvements, develop internal documentation, and contribute to a team environment, all while adhering to service level agreements for phone and/or email cases.
4. The candidate work as on maintains a positive and professional demeanor always portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues of quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
5. And the candidate work with other departments such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, or Payments teams as required to resolve Seller’s issues and questions

Required Skills:

1. Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
2. Experienced within customer service environment is preferred
3. Good communication skill both verbal and written
4. Ability to work independently and should have management skill
5. Good analytical and problem solving skills
