Job Description:

1. The candidate should be any graduate from any recognized university
2. The candidate will work as on generating reports and exporting data into MS Excel with specific calculations
3. The candidate may review available exchange assets relative to customer requirements on original order and determine against Standard Work criteria which assets are compliant with customer requirements
4. Creating ageing reports in MS Excel and Submitting reports / Communicating with contacts on email
5. Recommend process or reporting improvements
6. Provide timely status and feedback to the management
7. The candidates daily target are met, and quality is maintained as per SLA / operations metrics with process as per Desk top procedure guide and timely escalation of issues to the Supervisor
8. Good problem Solving skills, ability to work team environment
