Job Description:

1. The candidate should be any graduate from recognized university.
2. Candidate will join as data analyst in Pune and will promote operational improvement across the organization by focusing on cleansing for our master data management system.
3. Knowledge about cleansing activities and maintenance to ensure that our practices are accurate and support business needs
4. Excellent analytical skills to help resolve data quality deficiencies, improve data entry practices, and create process design strategies

Required Skills:

1. Experience with Oracle applications, order management, service contracts, and TCA
2. Working knowledge of data quality measurements, total quality management, data entry improvement, and user requirement gathering
3. Knowledge of Excel, Access, Word
4. Ability to manage change process, understand implications of data quality, measure cost and benefits of data quality, and detect and correct errors in databases
5. Problem-solving capabilities for data management and continuous process improvement
