1. The candidate should be BE/BTech (CS, EE, Tele communication) graduate from any recognized university
2. Basic knowledge on UNIX, WINDOWS, Solaris & SQL  
3. Knowledge of ITIL V3 specifically event, incident, problem management
4. Basic network infrastructure knowledge (LAN & WAN)
5. Preferred Oracle certifications-OCP, OCA, SQL Server Certified Engineer
6. Hands on experience in file operations and system process
7. Ability to communicate status updates to project team and management        
8. Excellent analytical, multitasking, and communication skills both verbal and written
