1. The candidate must have strong technical background
2. The candidate must have knowledge in Linux and webhosting concepts
3. Should have ability to handle pressure and fast learner
4. Willing to work in rotational shifts and support multiple clients simultaneously
5. The candidate should be self-motivated and ability to resolve off-shift problem whenever required
6. Providing technical support to international webhosting clients and data centers; and undertaking system admin work in Linux and Windows Servers

All the candidates should bring the following to test venue:

1. Writing Pad
2. Two copies of RESUME
3. Two sets of photocopies of your mark lists
4. Three copies of passport size photographs
5. Examination Fees to be paid to SHREDS
6. Gum
