1. The candidate should be BE/BTech graduate from any recognized university
2. Should have the eye for detail possibilities of how data can be used for various business problems faced
3. Knowledge of  Standard data model - a must Candidate with Teradata will be added advantage
4. Has problem solving skills and attention to details
5. Proficient in MS Excel and other MS office tools
6. Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills
7. Has the ability to deliver results by influencing team members
8. Ability to work independently and think out of the box
9. Very strong knowledge of Statistical tools like Optimization techniques, ANOVA, Regression, Cluster, Probit , Logit, Factor Analysis, Principle component, others and their application.KPIs, reports that a retail business user (by role) would use for analyzing business
