  1. The candidate should be a BE/BTech/ME/MTech graduate from any recognized university
  2. Should have excellent knowledge in programming languages like Java, C#, Core Java, J2EE
  3. Should have knowledge in web languages JavaScript, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, HTML, DHTML, XML, DBMS, MS-Access
  4. Excellent skills in Web/Application tools like Eclipse, Netbeans, Putty, WinSCP, SQLyog, Toad
  5. Competent understanding of both idle and active mode call processing and able to design
  6. Able to make parameter changes to network on appropriate vendor platform
  7. Competent in capacity/PN planning
  8. Competent in frequency/PN interference analysis and coordination
  9. Automation of optimization tasks – Programming Skills
  10. Application development and deployment, Web based development, User interface design and development, Object
  11. oriented programming concepts
