Job Description:

1. The candidate should be a BE/BTech/ME/MTech graduate from any recognized university
2. Characterization - Develop post silicon characterization plan for FIFO and Dual port RAM based products
3. The characterization plan should be covering all AC / DC parameters based on product datasheet
4. Design and develop ATE Test code / automation scripts required to accomplish complete product characterization
5. Manufacturing – Drive Yield improvements, test time reduction and critical coverage enhancement for existing products to meet internal Quality standard
6. Devise cost effective assembly and test manufacturing flow for existing and new silicon product to meet industry standard manufacturing cycle time
7. Evaluate and propose detailed manufacturing test plan (parameters, production setups) for new products, this also includes designing test hardware boards to facilitate production testing of new and existing products
8. Qualification – Formulate qualification plan and timelines for new silicon products based on JEDEC and CY Quality team standards
9. Design required hardware and other setup requirements and execute the qualification plan
10. Drive silicon qualification closure
11. Customer Support - Perform electrical fault isolation and drive physical failures analysis followed by root cause and corrective action closure
