Job Description:

1. The candidate should be a BE/BTech/BCA/MCA graduate from any recognized university
2. Provide first level IT support to the users in USA office
3. Manage IT helpdesk by providing solution from a remote location or by accessing the user"s desktop
4. Troubleshoot Network related issues
5. Troubleshoot Login and domain related issues
6. Troubleshoot Operating System and general Software related issues
7. Record escalations from employees and notify the IT head on any operational escalations and complaints
8. Good Communication & Inter-Personal Skills
9. Knowledge of MCITP and CCNA will be an added advantage.
10. Candidates staying in Navi Mumbai and Central Suburbs may only apply. However, candidates who are willing to relocate can also apply
11. Please note that the opening is only for Night Shift (No Rotational Shifts).
