Job Description:

1. The candidate should be BE/BTech graduate from any recognized university
2. Research customer issues by working with multiple software packages as well as other PTC
3. departments
4. Develop expert communication skills and a technical understanding for both Windows and UNIX Operating Systems, a variety of CAD and data management products, and internet technologies
5. Strong computer skills, experience with CAD, exposure to UNIX and Windows
6. Preferably, candidates will also have some experience and/or exposure to Java
7. Knowledge of network security (firewalls, SSL, etc.) is a plus
