Job Description:
- The candidate should be any graduate from any recognized university
- Previous professional experience in a customer-service capacity, preferably in a high-volume, transactional environment
- Evidence of conveying customer worship through your written and verbal communication
- Availability to work 2 or 3 weekend days each month
- Experience in e-commerce preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Comfort in a computer- based role for up to 8 hours a day
- Ability to work in an open space work environment
- Ability to work at a desk, using a mouse and keyboard regularly
- Ability to work overtime
- Ability to work irregular hours or rotating shifts
