Job Description:

1. The candidate should be BE/BTech graduate from any recognized university
2. Excellent telephonic communication skills, especially in managing UK accent
3. Good understanding of UK Culture
4. Ability to form rapport on phone with UK colleagues
5. Understanding of Windows Infrastructure more focussed at the desktop level including remote desktop management
6. Understanding of anti virus, patching process, image builds etc
7. Very basic understanding of variety of platforms like Unix, Mainframes, SAP etc
8. Understanding of windows server infrastructure including domains, Active Directory and Exchange
9. Ability to understand criticality of an issue when it is reported based on business impact
10. Good analytical skills
11. Excellent interpersonal skills
12. Team player with ability to relate to team dynamics and team goals

Required Skills:

1. Knowledge of Cisco Routers and Switches MCSE, A+ etc
2. Able to Use Network Monitoring tools to diagnose basic problems
3. Understanding of ITIL framework with ability to contribute to problem management initiatives
4. Understanding of IP networking, subnetting etc
