Job Description:

1. The candidate should be BE/BTech graduate from any recognized university
2. Technical development of project tasks, and development of tools and processes
3. Applying transport planning skills across a range of projects
4. Development and checking of models and model forecasts, reports and analyses including quality and delivery to timescales
5. Apply Atkins Quality, Safety & Environmental (QSE) standards and Business Management System (BMS)
6. Appropriate academic and professional qualifications (Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering with Masters degree in transport planning / engineering)
7. Experience in report writing related to transport studies
8. Experience in the development and application of computer-based traffic / transport  models using software like SATURN, EMME/2, VISUM, CUBE Voyager, VISSIM, PARAMICS software packages
9. Evidence of technical project delivery in a transport planning environment
