Qualification: B.E/B.Tech - Electronics/Telecommunication

Experience: (0 - 1) Years NOC/Field Experience preferred

Package: As Per The Industry Standards

Required Skills:

• Excellent knowledge in SDH /DWDM / SONET technologies
• Knowledge of Ethernet/IP Technology
• Knowledge of SDH Multiplexers , GMPLS.

Job Description:

Major Activities:

Design of TCL Product Features into network

• Understand the Design Parameters,
• Design the solution into Database
• Clear ambiguity with NOC
• Co-ordinate with PM

Network Augmentation & Update database

• Understand network designs and plan the augmentation
• Explain the plan to peers and team
• Communicate with Field Operations, NOC

Network Optimization & Plans

• Identify Bandwidth Crunch Areas
• Plan Re-grooming the network
• Update the database
• Schedule the plan in OSS systems

Synergy with Team

• Initiate network activities
• Feedback to reporting Manager
• Bring the team to the required level of functional expertise

Network Learning & Process understanding

• Understand the network
• Communicate with peer goups
• Learn various tools & systems

Problem Management:

• Identify critical areas of process/service deliver
• Escalation to reporting Manager
